Second time out with the P320

So, I recently picked up a Sig P320 Compact. I took it out about 5 weeks ago and again today.

I am pretty happy with it. It shoots where you point it. The trigger feels good. It's not too heavy with a nice break.

Now, my gun has the "OG" trigger in it. I haven't shot one with the "new" trigger in it so I have no comparison. Nor do I have a Sig with an SRT trigger in it. But this gun has just about the shortest reset of any gun I've shot.

The first time out it kinda freaked me out. This time I knew a bit more of what to expect. I think I did much better with it this morning.

Question for those who have an "updated" 320, does it have as short a reset as before you sent it in?

    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I have no complaints about mine. Mine has not been "recalled", but I do have the lightweight adverse trigger (curved) and the skeletonized striker. I did try the Sig flat trigger but decided I prefer the curved.

I do like the XCompact Grip module.

I sent mine in for the upgrade, I felt the difference was negligible.

Not much changed with trigger feel pre and post recall as far as I could tell. What recall was about was making trigger system drop safe. If you like it now, you will not likely notice any different post recall.

If you want to feel a difference, look into Gray Gun Competition Action Package. More pronounced reset, lighter trigger and smoother pull, somewhere between 3.5# - 4.5#. New version comes with adjustable trigger
