The simplest is the oem (-) connector. No need for anything else.

3.5 lb connector, 10 bucks on eBay. Try it before you 15 times more on something that will give same results.

A couple-a thousand dry fire trigger presses.

Training and practice. I assure you, the stock trigger is never going to be the thing that holds you back.

Get a 3.5 connector and do a .25 cent trigger job.

                  this...

Plus a few thousand rounds of training with a class here and there...

                  On a more serious note,

Any issue/s you are facing that you would like to upgrade the trigger?

Folks here just throw out the names of their favorite triggers. But the reality is that each brand (Vanek Custom, Glock Triggers, Johnny Glock, APEX, etc.) have a 'different' feel to their triggers. Each one has their PLUS and MINUS.

So, if you could be more specific? Don't like the ribbed trigger? Things like a "huge" wall before the break, too much movement after the break, too much slack, too gritty, etc? I am not accurate at X-distance with the current trigger setup? I cannot pull the trigger fast (and precise)...?

PS: I have a Glock 19 for home defense - all stock. Like above, a "minus" connector, a $0.25 polish, sights and grip tape. It can ring a steel silhouette 240-yards standing freestyle (both hands).

I prefer the smooth trigger from a G17 and maybe a connector - but shooting it a bunch helps more than you’d expect.

You don’t need a gunsmith to change triggers, just watch YouTube... Glocks are literally primitive.

I recommend that before you run off and change a bunch of things based on internet "experts", shoot the darn thing for a few thousand rounds. I think you will find that it's a pretty decent pistol right out of the box.

If you're looking to lighten the pull, as others have mentioned, swapping out the connector with a "-" or dot connector will do the trick.

However, if you are just looking to change out the trigger shoe itself, then just find a design that you like (there are a lot of options out there).

This ^^^^ A Glock factory - connector is the best cheapest upgrade. Other 3.5 connectors can fail which can result in the gun firing when the trigger springs forward.
