I saw one at AAA's in Vallejo come up once on consignment for a day. If you have a relationship with a gun store that does consignment, you can give them your number and tell them when to call. They called me , but I had literally just pulled the trigger on an SP-01 because I had waited so long and given up. I've seen P320's and P365's and other off roster guns come up for consignment there. Probably one of the best used selections in the Bay Area. Most people would sell them here on Calguns rather than an LGS. Doesn't hurt. Most of the Tech Bros have pretty nice guns.

Just got off the phone with rifle gear. It appears I am correct.

Sku 91172 is what they have in stock and will not sell to CA peeps. He told me the frame is actually slightly different than the ca model which has a sku of 01172.

Well so much for that. I guess I'll wait till i move to a free state and buy whatever CZ i want. Maybe a shadow 2? I refuse to pay the california markup.

Frame is exactly the same. The only difference is the magazines. I bought mine in 40s&w years ago, mine came with standard mags. My buddy bought his years later and has Cali 10 round mags. I paid 1400 OTD due to Bay Area prices at the time.
