Colt Python on roster hopefully by July

So I spoke with a Colt rep earlier today at a trade show and he told me that they hope the Python will be on the roster by July. He said that they are sending it for testing next month. He said it takes about a month for the testing and 3 months for the CA DOJ to get it added to the roster.

Microstamping is a requirement for semiautos to get on the roster. Also the Python was previously on the roster and guns that have been removed from the roster can return. Its the addition of a never introduced semiauto that is problematic. Almost every revo can be bought here with the single action exemption anyways.

Yeah, but the new Python is completely different from the original. It has to go through all the testing to be listed on the roster.
