She shoots a lot of different guns, but her favorite range gun is a Ruger Mark II. Her primary home defense gun is an S&W 686.

My wife is scared of flying brass, so she carries a 2.25" DAO SP101 and plinks with with a 4" SW 617.

Her HD gun is a 3" DA/SA SP101. Her CCW has a bobbed hammer since she handbag carries.

My wife's gun is a stainless Kimber Gold Match in .45 ACP. Since she has small hands, I set it up with a short trigger and slim grips. Also changed the adjustable rear sight to a Heinie fixed sight and a fiber optic front. The gun is tight, very smooth and has a phenomenal trigger. She has about 3k flawless rounds through it and shoots it well. She also shoots our HD gun, an S&W M&P 2.0 in 9mm. She'll also shoot an occasional revolver, but always goes back to her Kimber.

I’ve had mine shoot many of what I own so that she can experience the different calibers, action, and feel. Her favorite so far has been a 1911 in 9mm but she’s warmed up to the G17, XD 40 Tactical, and my S&W SSR. For a .22, she’s fond of my MK III w/ a red dot.

She wants (and will have) her own eventually but she hasn’t decided yet. Meanwhile, we’ll keep shooting. She hasn’t tried my 10mms or too many of my 45acps so we’ll see.

She will shoot anything but her Gat as she so affectionately calls it is a Berreta 92 fs . For what ever reason . It was one of Few guns she could ge a solid Grip on to rack the slide.
