Just want to state that this is a fantastic pistol. I recently purchased a Sig P220 SAS used from a Calguns member and it is a wonderful shooter. So far (only ~ 1,000 rounds), it has been flawless in operation, feels great in the hand, and seems to be as accurate as my Dan Wesson Commander Classic 1911. Really impressed.

Great to hear you had a blast! And that the P220 fit your hand.
Sig P-series are pretty impressive, especially if you're used to other DA/SA all-metal pistols. Older stamped slide P-series are even better balanced than the current milled SS models.
I used to be obsessed with Sigs. -
Just saying.
Unless you want me to post a picture of my P220? [emoji11][emoji12]
Sent from my P00C using TapatalkYes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I gotta say, the P220 really didn't do anything for me. Don't care for the position of the controls compared to other pistols. Reliable, but I'll take 2 Glocks for the same cost.Comment

i'm guessing you have more than one p225?
my wife and i were able to handle one when we met a fellow calgunner at the range who was kind enough to allow us to shoot it, and we both like it a lot. once we're out of this commie state, we'll get some more.

Yes... I had a SiG fetish a few years ago....I have two P225's and a P6 with a P225 barrel / mainspring. I have four of the P228's that I can not recommend highly enough.
My P228 has been one of my primary carry guns for 15 years now. While the P225 does carry a bit smaller.. the 13+1 capacity and balance of the P228 make it the hands down winner of the two. Amazingly enough the std full size P220 is slim enough and light enough that it carries well for a full size DA/SA .45"Extremism in defense of liberty is no vice.
