Possible to PPT Phoenix Trinity Bare 2011 Frames?

I have three Phoenix Trinity 2011 Bare frames new I was thinking about selling to cover some upcoming expenses. I purchased these a long time ago via single shot exempt. I never got around to building them, they sit brand new in a box in my safe.

My question is can I PPT them as just frames in California if I decide to sell?

I believe so, but it needs to be transferred as a complete "firearm" on the DROS.

I sold a Systema frame to a fellow CG member. PPT are roster exempt.

      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Will also depend on FFL. Some will, some won't. Good luck trying to convince those that won't.

Thanks for the replies. I confirmed with Gunfighter Tactical in San Diego and the know how to properly PPT just the frames.
