WTB m&p 9 5?

Good guns. Sell it if it's not a gun you plan on shooting.
Sent from my Nokia 7.1 using TapatalkYes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Keep it if you enjoy it, sell it if you don't. Take it to the range and find out.
Guns are like cars and motorcycles, we all enjoy them differently. Do what you want. 😉

If you believe in Liberty, you should believe it for everyone, not simply those whom you agree with.Comment

I had one and sold it. It was neat but way to heavy for it size and intended purpose. If it were an heirloom i would have kept it though. I also did not like 380. YmmvComment

I traded mine for a 4” Model 66. I am happy with what I got in exchange, but quite frankly I’d like to have the Walther back and keep the revolver too. I liked mine.Life was simpler, and more honest, when revolvers and lever actions were the rule.Comment

Does it run well? Do you shoot it well? Does anyone in your immediate family shoot it well?
I think I wouldn't sell it if a family member has passed it to me but I do think you'll probably get a few more dollars selling it in this state then you will in most other states.
Also compare prices of more modern-day design offerings (lighter subcompact 380 and 9s) you plan to replace the role it had served, if any.
I guess if it's just sitting in a safe and you and no one in your family has a use for it maybe it is best to sell it before you leave the state.Comment

the PPK/S is a gun of the past- only collectors will want one, as all the new shooters will understand that the polymer wonder pistols are lighter and have a higher capacity.
When new shields, glocks, etc. cost $500 and have 10 round capacity there will be no demand for a heavy low capacity 32 ACP or 380 ACP.
So, if you like it keep it, but if not sell it.
I just took my Old Blued Walther "interarms" imported PPS off my CCW.
Probably will sell it soon. It is a great gun but now there is a HK P2000SK 9 MM in its spot.Comment

True. Even the Magnum Research Micro desert eagle has the same capacity, but is even smaller than an LCP.the PPK/S is a gun of the past- only collectors will want one, as all the new shooters will understand that the polymer wonder pistols are lighter and have a higher capacity.

Keep it for sentimental value .Comment

Sounds like you're more interested in it as a collectible than as a range or carry gun. If so, I have no advice since I'm not a collector.
If you're thinking you may carry or shoot it - sell it. I had a S&W version that was reliable, but the sights were bad and the DA trigger was mediocre. It's a pretty gun, but it's not much fun at the range and carrying it makes little sense. I EDC a Glock 42.Julian
