Lack of both time lately and funding, plus the cost of ammo for all centerfire calibers has certainly reduced my range time.

Gonna have to get some .22 conversions for my pistols and break out the 10/22 more often.

I've doubled my range time, if not more. Using much more ammo. I plan on doing more shooting & matches this year.

It's hard keep ammo and reloading supplies on my shelf. But, I'm still doing OK with ammo. I actually have more ammo on reserve now than I did in the last 2-3 years. It's just costing me a whole lot more.

              Playing catch-up in 2009

Home and work provided excuses from going to the range or fishing. This year, I rejoined the MNSL, and practice at least once a week.

I buy ammo when I can find it, at the lowest price at that time. WWB from Wal-Mart has been elusive to me so far.

                  Going to Granma's.
Time to break out the air soft and pellet guns.
At least I can still work on keeping my trigger stage and pull up.
Going to shoot today on my Birthday with my children.
Life is good. Until CO2 and pellets are hard to find!

I hav't been shooting for a couple weeks now. Hard to find non-reloaded 230gr .45. I keep seeing 7.62x25, so maybe it is time to buy a Tokarev?

I've cut back on pistol shooting and maybe increased my shotgun activities some...I can probably afford to shoot both types weekly, but the transportation costs in money and time get to be overwhelming.

the solution is to stop shooting targets and start shooting people

Not really the inability to find ammo...just the resulting cost of it because of the decreased supply. All the ammo adds up pretty fast...and I'm a younger guy so I have other things to pay for also with more than likely less income than you older guys.

However, I am spending much, much less on my other major hobby so I can shoot more. Can't have it all.

No still going at least once a week. Either to burro canyon or indor range. Probally should cut back spending way too much.

I go 2x a month as usual. I had a lot of ammo stored up before the current craziness and I can't take it with me when I'm in the ground so I'm shooting it.

I'm still shooting twice a week, just like I have for years. I have plenty of loaded ammo and reloading components stocked away. Since ammo and component prices started climbing a few years ago I've been stocking up heavily.

When seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
