Is there a way to do it? It looks like there's an indentation on both the left and right sides that keeps you from loading more than 10 rounds.

no, because that bottom part is different. iirc is a solid or much thicker piece of plastic and the magazine body is shorter than normal so even if you buy a normal baseplate, it won't work.

On my real cz p10c 10 rounders I can remove the indentations, but not on those aftermarket mags where the bottom half of the mag is plastic.

Looks like a lot of magazines are molded on the sides so that the double stack can not be true double stacks. They are forced into a modified single stack formation. How to bend that metal flat and not damage the magazine is most likely impossible. Maybe due to the 10 cap. they felt blocking was not good enough.

So I vote No on that 2nd style

Back in the day they were required for males to graduate.

Barang, that long pinched groove mag would be a PITA to convert, which is why it was made that way.
It could be done, but the time and effort and maybe needing a new follower and spring should be compared to the price (and convenience) of a new standard capacity magazine.
