Looking for Shield Mags

[TLC]

1. I've got a Shield coming out of jail soon, and want to pick up extra mags for it. Where can I get good mags for a good price?

2. I like the idea of the Mag Guts kit, but I'm honest enough to admit I'm not handy enough to trust my workmanship in a life or death situation. Can mags be bought with the kitsch already installed?

I need to order some extras as well. I ordered an extension base plate from Tyredefense that makes the 7 rounder a 9. Feels perfect. Now the larger stock mag is the shorty so at some point I'm gonna need to order a new mini one.

Palmetto state armory has them for $20 and free shipping if you buy five.

At one point last year they had 5 mags plus 250 rounds of ammo for $99. Not sure if they’ll ever have that deal again but it was pretty sweet.

Yea that was a really good deal. I scored that deal right after I bought my shield.

OP if you have bigger hands then you should definitely buy some 8 round mags. I put Hyve +2 extensions on a couple of my 8 rounders, and a Hyve trigger on my Shield. I like that gun so much it's the only one I carry now
