We are; activity is ongoing.

It appears that nothing legally prevents an out of stater while in CA, from, PPTing a non-Rostered handgun to a Californian. The only limitation is the DROS system requiring CA ID.

We thought this was a just a screwup - "law added by accidental software restrction" - but it appears intentional from DROS documentation that Librarian found.

Senior CA NRA staff assert there is nothing legally preventing this from happening, and we're running with the ball.

Run Bill, Run!! When you guys get done we are going to have to find a place to put statues of you up!!
