I had a G26 and I didn’t care for it. For some reason I just couldn’t get comfortable and confident shooting it accurately.

Tried my buddy’s G29 and I’m looking to purchase that within the next couple months.

The 26 is an easy shooting pistol and 11 total rounds of your favorite flavor of 9mm is hard to argue with here in Kali. I don't care for the recoil of the 36 very much, it is hard for me to do fast, accurate followup shots (granted I don't have much practice with it). The 30sf is one of the softest shooting subcompact 45s I have shot and in my opinion is a fantastic choice if you can figure out a way to comfortably carry 11 rounds of 45acp, it gets heavy fast with the wrong holster/belt combo. I never did understand the attraction of the 30s as it still is a 30sf frame with a 36 slide.

You will not go wrong with any Glock for personal defence.
