Its legal in NV but not in CA. If it is a firearm that fires a fixed shotgun shell and less than 26" OAL, or with a barrel <18", it is considered an Short-barrelled Shotgun in CA.

Nope. It's not the 22LR version. For some crazy reason I got the 22 blackpowder gun. Now if I could only get some Remington #11 pistol caps. The CCIs don't fit well.
