    Sig P220 Combat

I'm probably behind the curve on this one but I just fell in love with the P220 Combat today. Never seen it before today. I have Ade's looking for one because The Stockade wants $1150 for it. Can't wait to get one. Will be my first Sig. Anyone have one and what do they think of it. i was looking for a XD .45 Tactical but i thnk i changed my mind.

its a cool piece for sure. I'd want one with the full threaded barrel though. I dig the tacticool look.

Though if i had to have my pick of P220's, it would be a Carry Elite!

    Well good luck!

If Ade's strikes out, check with yzernie. He had a couple of em for sale on the commercial sales forum a few days ago.

i have Ammo Bros checking on one for me too. i want the threaded barrel because I might be moving back to North Vegas and then i can mount the goodies on it. I really like the equinox but I don't want to scratch it up when i'm in the field.

I love my P220 Combat as well as my P220 Stainless.
          Both reliable and accurate.

Summit gun broker has 220's right now. He's great to deal with. Just sayin'.

It's an outstanding pistol, but then again that is true of any flavor of P220. My P220 Combat prefers Hogue's re-checkered black factory grips:

BTW, my overall favorite P220 is my Two-Tone P220R Carry SAO:

The weird thing about the P220 is that most people think of it as a .45 Auto. Those made today are almost all .45 Auto. It was originally chambered in 9mm, and you can still find them available in 9mm. It has also been chambered in .38 Super.

Love my Combat, you won't be unhappy. I, too, found it at Ades (got a great discount... military discount from Ades plus discount directly from Sig. Ended up only paying $690ish ).

I used to have one. I sold it as NIB when I got my P220R. It was a good gun at a good price, I just didn't need 2 P220's.
