Nice ideas. Soft range bags here. Guess we get by until we see this and decide to start another gun related project.

You'll hear a lot of love for the SP01 around here. I personally would get a glock if I were you. Everyone should have a glock in their collection. Once you've been in the hobby for a bit longer and have developed an opinion for what you like, you'll be better suited to continue to add to the collection.

Sounds like you should pick up reloading. A totally related hobby and rabbit hole itself lol

Thanks for the tip. Mind sharing a good site for the equipment to reload? Any tools related to reloading available @ HF?

I'll check out the SP01, but Glock it is for now. I have to wait another 30 days though lol.

You don't have to wait 30 days if you buy from a PPT (private party transfer). You can buy as many as you'd like as long as you're not in the Los Angeles area.

Go rent a Glock and CZ SP-01 and shoot them before you buy because I'm pretty sure you will like the CZ more unless you plan to conceal carry.

Wander over to the reloading forum and browse around. You may find hands-on support in your area. http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/f...splay.php?f=89

                  Nice. Thanks for sharing!

Just curious, why did you configure the grip area like that?

                    Fancy!

I use the Midway USA "Competition" (ie large) range bag. Pistols go into those cheap triangular soft pistol cases, mags go willy-nilly intot he bottom of the bag.

It works greate EXCEPT there is so much space that the bag gets filled with random stuff. I once discovered I was lugging around a few loaded 1911 magazines in a pocket for months. Just weighing it down. Plus several safety glasses, brass cases, pens, etc, etc.

I think the OP's solution (or similar) is a nice solution as you are forced to not fill it with random stuff!

Remember to dial 1 before 911.

Forget about stopping power. If you can't hit it, you can't stop it.

OP, just as a preference, I wouldn't have put the Wilson Combat stickers on it, I'd prefer that people didn't know what was in it...less tempting. I'd try and find some boring company sticker or write something in paint pen like "Sewer gas test kit #14". or "Toilet snake".

easy to pull the guns out. 2 cans of black plasti dip will make the pick and pack foam stronger

Thank you. It would have perfect if I can fit in my muffs and Oakley's. I will have just to stick those in my back pack to include the ammo and miscellaneous tools.

Are you saying it's easier to pull out the guns when configured vertically?
