        I have read the manual many times, it only referrs to using a clp. I have found lots of useful information on this site hence the reason for this thread.
        I once pondered over the debate of 9mm vs. .40, then I was introduced to .38 super and 10mm and forgot all about it.

          Before I was exempt from the safe handling demo, I too had been given the free pass. I'm certain this happens commonly for customers they recognize as frequent shoppers or those who appear to have gun handling skills already. Don't think that makes it right, but employees often try to cut corners

                      She forgot to oil the inside flat area inside the slide

                      and she also forgot to add a drop of oil to the trigger connector
