IMHO not a chance. Besides it looks like a cheap toy. Great for a child to put his eye out.

The roster is actually an approved list. So if it’s not on it we can’t buy it. Cute toy though.

Consider it as a toy or one of those last ditch weapon. If weapon is what you have in mind, have that in one hand and firing it at no more than 10 feet. The other hand will have a blade. Not making fun of the pistol as I see it being one round better than spit.

Isn’t it a single shot break top.
If so, it’s exempt from the roster.

Finding a dealer willing to transfer due to their own interpretation of Ca law is an entirely different matter.

If this is not a single shot, break top, nothing is.

Still needs to meet the dimensions to be roster exempt.

              Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Yeah, I wouldn't want my life depending on the effective deterring power of a single shoot 22lr!

If things went that bad, I'd be trying to out run the threat rather than pizzing it off with that pea-shooter.

Neat little toy. I would like to buy one depending on price though.

                    What he said.

SSE2 requires the pistol to have all the following: [PC 32100(b)]
                    1. Dimensionally compliant (minimum barrel length of 6" and minimum overall length of 10.5")
                    2. Bolt-action or break-top.
                    3. Single-shot.
                    4. Can never have been semi-auto.

Even though the Trailblazer Firearms LifeCard is a break-top single-shot pistol that was never semi-auto, it does not meet the dimensional requirements for the handgun to meet SSE2.

The Trailblazer Firearm LiceCard is CA legal, but it is not listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale.

Therefore, it can only be legally obtained via exemption (LEO sale, out-of-state intra-familial gift, PPT).

Since it was never designed as a semi auto couldn't they submit it for listing on the roster just like Franklin Armory did?

^Nothing about the handgun prohibits it from being submitted.

My take is that you could carry two NAA Minis in .22 Mag in the same space. I know they won't fit in the same box, but as a practical carry matter I can't imagine a scenario, including Speedo carry, where you could pack one of these but not an NAA mini.

I figger the target demo is the same group as for the Taurus Curve, namely non-gun people who want something that looks like a cell phone.

In the vid, that guy makes that 22 look sketchy to hold while loading and shooting!
I dreamed of owning a (insert off roster gun here)...

Oh yeah....then the earth splits open with me on one side and the (off roster gun) on the other. Then appeared a large red-glowing pit with gavin newscum, diane frankenstein and governor "brown the drain" at the bottom of it, waving their pitchforks at me.
