I have 8 Gen4 G19 Mags and the 10th round is super tough to load even with the loader. This is my first Glock and all my other manufacturers 10 rounders load fine.

Yeah, that's one of my complaints too. I asked my kids to load the Glock magazine and they couldn't load more than 7 rounds without hurting their fingers. Welcome to the awesome world of Glocks.Comment

If you don't have one, get a UpLula mag loader and shove that 10th round in there. Let the mag sit for a week or so and the unload. Load and unload a few more time. Even more fun is to take them to the range and load to capacity, then unload by shooting. It gets easier after a while, but that 10th round is still crazy stupid tight.
Another reason why XD's are way better.

I swapped followers to a standard follower. I had to because my AR 9mm works on a closed bolt, and would strip the 10 round follower out off the mag. I installed a standard followers in my mags. and all works well in both handgun and rifle and still holds 10 rounds. Brownells has followers on sale.Comment

get mag extensions and CAREFULLY block them to slightly over ten rounds by about 1/4" or even 3/16". this makes life much easier. A little expensive fix but the aluminum extensions look great on glocks. you basically need to give your spring a little room to breath at full compression but not enough to load the 11th.
I think even the Taran Tactical +0 extensions may give the spring enough room but not exactly sure. It may require some smithing and modification on your part.
If you're finding that still doesnt help go to a free state and buy the freedom state mags and block them before coming back. They really need the wider spring to lessen the compression rate when its almost topped out. Again will require smithing on your part but it will help you love your glock if it means that much to you.MESSAGE ME FOR ARMAGLOCK COUPON CODES!!!!

I load all my glock mags fully as soon as I get them and leave them that way. Seems to help. I also use an uplula that makes the job easier.
