Sight replacement Armscor Citadel

Hi....A new Citadel 45 with plain black sights. my eyesight isn't what it used to be and the plain black sights are a little difficult for me. In looking at new sights....Dawson fiber optic, front sight height is to be specified. I don't know what the different heights mean in terms of use. What should I look for? Why the different heights?
Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Front sight height will affect POI. Quick search on Google and the front sight height on Armscor/RIA/Citadel 1911s are 0.180" tall. So if you're ONLY changing out the front sight go with that size.

Fusion firearms out of Florida makes a front sight. It's not a true Novak cut. It's 25 bucks for the rockisland fiber optic sight.

My Citadel shot low so I am replacing the front sight with https://dawsonprecision.com/rock-isl...-front-sights/ .130" Tall x .100" Wide Patridge Serrated

I broke the first one installing it so I ordered another one that I haven't installed yet.

I think all citadels shoot low with factory front sight. I know mine does. The .180 is too tall. I've seen discussions of people shaving them down to .160 and lower.
