I'm not an expert on this, but I have had FFLs on the other end tell me that the mags negate the deal. I said, keep the mags, they said, can't do it. YMMV

It doesn't matter if I say you can get it or not.

I'm not the FFL will be doing the transfer.

Your best bet is to ask the dealer you want to transfer it if they'll do it.

It is not. I do not see an LCI and it having the short extractor leads me to believe that it doesn’t have one (older model). You cannot import it from out of State.

Edit: unless you are roster exempt.

That thing looks beat to hell. The hard anodizing on the frame is really tough. It looks like they dragged it behind a truck on a gravel road for 10 miles.

There is still no Chamber Load Indicator on it so my guess it's not the CA model either.
