Springfield 9mm loaded target CA compliant

Just a heads up. I picked one of these up, and have let all of my friends that wanted one know. I had not previously dealt with this dealer. The purchase went smooth for me. Bobby Alquist happily shipped it to my FFL.

They are on the CA compliant list. Springfield no longer lists it in their catalogue. Rumor has it that they are no longer producing this model, so my guess is that they will not re-new it for next year CA compliant list.

I have shot mine a bunch since I picked it up. Several friends have also shot it. All have liked it, and some have also purchased from Alquist.

Since everybody I know that wanted one has theirs, I thought I would give a shout out to you Calgunners out there, if anybody is interested. I could not find them in stock anywhere else. Only downside is that he does charge CA tax.

Alquist Arms sells the best classic firearms, concealed gun holsters, Hornady ammo, and gun optics online. We also have magazines and accessories.

That looks like a really nice 1911. I have a kimber and a sig 1911 in 9mm and they are really fun guns to shoot.

I bought one a while ago, very pleasant to shoot and well made. Nice sights, although the trigger pull on mine was lousy. For those interested in something really different, BarSto can make a barrel in 30 Luger and with the exception of maybe a little lighter recoil spring make it a drop in switch. probably not very many 1911s out there in 30 Luger.

        i absolutely LOVE my Springfield 9mm 1911!!!!

I changed out the front site for a Dawson Precision, though cuz I hated the one that came on it.

I changed the grips (to a pair of pink ones! go figure!) and hubby added a magwell to it for me.

She's a great little shooter and I'm so glad I bought her!!!!!!!

I wonder if they can do one in 9mm Steyr? At last count there was about 75 Colt 1911's in 9mm Steyr in the US.

          Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Good price! I paid a fair amount more from a local store here for the same gun.

Remember to dial 1 before 911.

Forget about stopping power. If you can't hit it, you can't stop it.

Great shooter...I love mine. Cheap to feed and runs great. My trigger has been perfect.

My only add was a fiber optic front...driving tacks now.

I don't know if they will go off roster. Their production is sporadic and has been for some time. It is not a year round production schedule, more like whenever they have time type of thing.

I have had mine around 5 months now, wife is in love with it.

Very nice and the price seems reasonable.
