All three examples can have different meanings and all three can have different meanings within themselves. Did I make it more complicated for you? Ask the seller if that means including 100 rounds of ammo or did he put 100 rounds through it. Did the ad include a pic showing 2 boxes of ammo. If yes, that is an indicator that the sale includes 100 rounds of ammo, but you can PM to confirm.
