I'm not a fan of anything Punisher just because it's just overdone.

I only want one thing from any gun ... reliability. Everything else is icing. If your gun is still 100% or close to 100% reliable, then it's all good, Punisher logos and all.

1st mistake, asking for peoples opinions- that right there probably sealed at least a 50% dislike response.
The punisher thing is a very unrealistic, simplistic comic book character (yes most comic books are unrealistic)
As a result the "adults" who see guns as deadly guns that need respected as such will view this as an aberration.
However, collectors look for different, novel things. So it is your money, do what you want. And as stated you have other guns that may be all stock and appropriate for their deadly tasks.
I personally love the black on stainless look, like a kimber Eclipse but from Springfield Armory.
The magwell and comp are personal, like and dislikes. Unless you need really fast magazine changes, then magwell does nothing for you. If you do not have a recoil sensitivity issue the comp is probably hurting performance. But for a range, fun gun, you have not lost anything and everything can be put back to stock in 30-60 minutes.
Go for it!

I think it's perfectly fine if it's strictly for the range. I wouldn't use it in a self defense situation though since the scum's lawyer will make you look like a Punisher wannabe.

My only suggestion is that if you're going to add a magwell, use proper grips! Nothing worse that seeing the MSH pin cut out and beveled grips with a magwell.
