Don't look to a gunshop, especially not one from out of state, to know California law.

Bud's is referring to the fact that the pink framed Mosquito is not on the "Safe Handgun Roster" and can therefore only be purchased via PPT from someone who brings one with them when they move into the state, or from a LEO.

I saw one at Irvington Arms when I was there a couple weeks ago...didn't notice the price though, sorry. Give them a call and see how much it is, or try Gun Vault also, wouldn't be surprised if they had one somewhere.

I bought both a P22 and a Mosquito here on calguns, but that was back when ammo was still inexpensive and .22s didn't get snapped up so quick.

They're both fun and look good, but neither one is particularly accurate. If I had to keep one, I'd probably keep the Mosquito, but I'd get rid of both before I'd get rid of my Ruger MkII or Single Six.
