      It reminds me of the X5/X6 Scandic models that have gold controls . The entire gold slide seems to be a bit much for my taste. Have you consider burnt bronze color?

                    It could just be the one photo is washed out on the top facets, but it seems the lighting is shining on the top side of the slide. A slightly different angle on the light or the photo with an outdoor background and it could get a different reception. Otherwise it is like ordering a sports car, one man's meat is another man's poison. The stipple job looks clean for sure.

                                I like the matte appearance of Robar's silver NP3 finish.

                                A silver slide and parts contrast nicely with a dark frame.

                                Your pistol would look terrific with that finish.

                                My favorite applied silver finish is brushed hard chrome.

                                Brushed stainless as on Ruger .22 pistols and revolvers is also appealing.
