Your MecGar mags are much better made than MecGar mag??

    Oh please explain......
If you want change you have to put in your 2 cents, you can't just sit on the sidelines and whine.

MecGar is the OEM mag manufacturer for CZ.

I finally used my new Mec-Gar mags today. Fired 50 rounds between the two mags. No failures. I'm very pleased on the value of these mags, good price and great performance.

CZ Custom makes baseplates for the Mecgar mags if the baseplate misalignement bugs you.

I love Meg Car mags-- Have 2 Beretta 92's and only use Meg Car for them.

Yes I know they are the source for Beretta stamped mags but I for some reason like Meg Car stamped/boxed better, maybe it's the slicker surface to slide in easier. Never had any type of ftf w them.

The fact is that the CZ OEM(mec gar)mags are actually a lower quality mag then the aftermarket mec gar mags. The mags mec gar supplies to CZ have a lower quality spring, follow and coating. CZ then over charges for the inferior mags.
While the aftermarket and superior mags sold by mec gar are a steal at almost half the cost.

Should add I only have experience in standard capacity mags, I have no idea about the California 10 round mags.

Mec-Gar is my first choice for extra magazines. Not only for CZs but for all other hand guns as well.

I have both the CZ and the MecGar mags for my 75BD. Completely different design - at least in the 10 rd versions.

But yea, MecGars are GTG for every gun I've ever tried them with.

Mec gar makes the OEM mags for CZ as previously stated. Their own branded mags are much better quality and a fraction of the price.
