Can I purchase this Jericho 941 legally?

Found a Jericho 941 in polymer on gunbroker. It comes with 10rd mags.

Seeing that IWI never sold it in CA, and is considered off roster, what does one need to do going about making this purchase? I figure just ship to an FFL, DROS it, wait 10 days and then be a happy camper?

Anyhow, please advise! Thanks ladies and gents

EDIT: forgot to include the link.

Because the handgun is a non-exempt pistol that is not listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale, a CA FFL dealer can not legally transfer it to you unless you are an exempt person (such as a CA LEO).

Nice looking pistol, the roster is a real drag.
        Hopefully it will end soon.

The Jericho 941 is based on the Tanfoglio designed CZ-75 clone. It's an excellent design.

While slightly different than the 941 Armscor is importing a Tanfoglio designed and built CZ-75 clone that is on the CA approved list; the MAPP1.

          Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

By the way... you can legally purchase a Jericho 941 if the seller is in CA and they properly and legally brought it into CA.

I believe if you have an immediate family member that lives out of state they could gift you the firearm. Double check if this may apply to you because it may now be FUD.

Yep. I'd get the Armscor. Seems to be hard to find however. But easier/cheaper than going off roster.

Ron at Armory Outpost might still have a MAPP1 FS... I'd call first though.
