Another CZ Thread - P01 vs 75B

LGS has a nice stock of both. Went in with the full intention of buying one (on a complete impulse) and ended up with the other. Now I'm doing my homework after the fact and wish I had stuck with my original choice. Although I really like the feel in my hand of the one I went with.

Out of curiousity which would you go with and why? Personal experiences welcome.

one is full size and all steel no rail. the other is compact aluminum frame and railed. I prefer all steel but the rail is handy. in terms of utility though the p01 is better for it's ease of concealment and ability to mount a light.

Guessing you planned to get the 75, wound up with the compact P01. You made a good choice.

Exactly what happened. I'm not much for compact guns. I don't carry and even if I did this wouldn't be my first choice. Once I held it it was over for me. Something about it just felt so right, like it was made for my hand.

75B, I have no use for a compact gun I am not going to carry.

P-01, it can do whatever the regular 75B can do, but in a smaller package. The rail is a bonus.

P01 is my concealed carry pistol. Love the CZ ergos and its a straight shooter. Only thing I changed was to put some nice wood grips on it.

P-01, NATO certification. Look up what it took to get that.

I prefer polymer for compacts and subcompacts.

The P01 is more versatile. Smaller and lighter in case you want to conceal it at some point, and it has a light rail, should you ever want to attach a light.

I sold my 75B to buy a P01. I prefer the decocker as well.

My vote is P-01. I have two of them, one Cajunized.

Can't go wrong with either. My choice was the 75B for target/range toy. I already have compacts in polymer and wanted a full size. I have no desire to carry.
