Well if you watch the market place there a bunch of people that bought them on Black Friday and are selling them now for whatever reason. Personally I would buy new unless you can find one near you with some upgrades like trigger or sights.

I love mine and I would never sell it but I'm just partial to m&p. I deleted the lci and upgrades the trigger and sights. Shoots like a dream now.
