Ive also heard it both ways, but was told by CGW that they can get a FPB'd trigger just as nice as one without a FPB. All of my CGW CZs except the HD gun get the FPB removed. As far as take up, its a fraction of a millimeter before you get to the break. I also ask specifically for a 1 mm reset and minimal take up, but beware that it doesn't take much to go bang once its set up like that.

I love the SAO straight trigger and have it on 2 other guns. Everyone needs at least 1 Cajunized SAO CZ! (& a Buckmark )

I would say the CGW gun is better imo. My buddy had a CZ Custom SP01 and he actually sent it to Cajun to have them redo it. We did a comparison between his CZC gun and my CGW gun and he liked mine better

            That's just my opinion though.

Was it the shadow without the FPB? That your friend has?

              Thanks

It was a standard SP01, but I'm not sure if it had the FPB removed or not. I just remember us both liking the CGW trigger better. Plus it just seemed slicker than the CZC gun overall.

Once work is done by either CZ Custom or Cajun, does it standard SP01 becomes as good as the CZ SP01 Shadow Custom?

                    thanks

Yes. My Cajunized SP-01 feels just as good as my old SP-01 Shadow Custom

CGW can even do their "California Shadow" conversion in which they eliminate the firing pin block.

Congratulations, you won't regret it imo. You can always sell it and get your money back if you absolutely hate it.

I have no idea why anyone pays CGW or CZ Customs to work on their guns. It really isn't hard to do and you learn a lot about the brilliance of the gun's design. Look over on the Brian Enos forum for KneelingAtlas's post on doing the work yourself. Save $400+.
If you want change you have to put in your 2 cents, you can't just sit on the sidelines and whine.
