Glock 17 question from a M&P owner

I own many Glocks gen 3&4, also own four M&P's. I find the Glock just as reliable as the M&P's if not more. Hard to say what's going on with a single gun, could be the gun, the ammo or you. Both are excellent service guns, but the Glocks do have a much longer and deeper history of being a extremely reliable service handgun.
