Only one? You will definitely need to get a mate for it as Cowboy Action Shooting is quite addicting.

And then some good leather, a lever action rifle, a sxs coach gun or Win '97 clone and a cart to haul your stuff around at the matches. Mine is all currently in the Durango for tomorrow's local club match!

Personally, I'm tiring a little of my current SASS alias. Thinking about changing it to El Duchee Grande.

      .
      Nice smokewagon!

Cimarron? Uberti? Which? and if you don't roll yer pwn, whose cartridges do you use?

I said I'd never really try to do CAS, but with my growing collection of single-action whirlenpoppers I may be altering course, here. If so, then a pair like yours of .357s for .38 Specials is in my future.

With only an homage to Elmer and Skeeter (and not CAS), I went looking for a .44 Special single-action. I Gunbroker'd these because the auction was for both, consecutive serials. The numbers date these to the original Lipsey's run; 5-1/2" barrels. Just pimped 'em out with faux pearl...

I got a nice leather two holster rig on a size 38 belt with 44 caliber bullet loops if anyone is interested. I was getting into SASS about the same time I got divorced. The guns are long gone. But I could pass on a great deal on the leather.

Single action revolvers are so classic. Thanks for sharing.

Congratulations she's a beauty! Looks exactly like my Taylor's & Co 1873. Like another calgunner asked, who is she by? And I'm just curious what beer you're drinking.

I am and I'd like to see a pic or two, perhaps by PM if we're overstepping our bounds here in someone else's thread.

            Yes. It certainly does!

            Gorgeous guns, those.

Taylors (Uberti) Ranch Hand .38/.357. To match I'm gonna pick up the 1873 Winchester in the same caliber for patrolling the range. Aka my property in AZ. No SASS for me. Been waiting to do this since I was 10.

Congrats, Ramclap. Welcome to club Uberti. You're going to love your new shooter.

Here's my Uberti Cattleman El Patron. Bought it as a sidekick for my Henry BB steel .357. So much fun to shoot. The trigger is excellent... and it handles .357 loads like a dream.

Nice, I really like the brass grip frame against the wood.
