Note that those who have repeatedly expressed enough vile and incoherent content as to render your views irrelevant, have been placed on my ignore list. Thank you for helping me improve my experience and direct my attention towards those who are worthy of it. God bless your toxic little souls. -
I would wait, Sig knows it is now sitting on a Gold mine. It will soon make the (almost) exact gun available to US citizens.
But if an (almost) exact copy dose not matter to you. Just buy a full size or compact (they are buying both) 320 and you got it.Im a warmonger baby, I got blood in my eyes and I'm looking at you.Comment

Mind....blown.....Yes and codified by CA laws [PC 16380]
All CLI are LCI, but only a few LCI are CLI.
LCI have been a standard feature on semi-auto pistols since the 1990s.
However, almost all of them do not meet the definition of a CLI.
Which is why there is two different terms.
Use the correct one, in order to avoid confusion.

Awful. Now I know why the M&P 2.0 got that terrible LCI.Comment

You have it wrong, but that's Ok. We normally call the nanny-state CA indicator a LCI, but the law calls it CLI.
And Quiet is right, the Glock has had LCI for awhile. That nub you refer to. The nub protrudes when a round is chambered. Ergo, LCI. Many other free state guns have variations of LCI, not to be confused with the god-awful CA CLI shark fin.
We can keep calling the Ca thing a LCI, but every once in a while a thread calls for clarification. This is such a thread since OP has raised the issue and has it confused on the P320.
Now getting back to the 'which P320'. I notice that the FDE 320C (like mine below) has a somewhat shiny anodized-looking slide that does not exactly match the frame. The pics of the Army P320 I have seen looks like a perfect match between upper and lower, and looks better IMO. But for now this is about as close as you get.

""I NEED a Sig 320, I need it now the ARMY has it, it is the best, never heard of it before, I know nothing about it, I know there are better pistols but who cares I just know I HAVE to have it give it to me now. I will die if I do not get it. "" LMMFAO.

LCI....ffffff
OP is LEO. Just get a p320 compact, the Army version looks terrible with manual safety and LCI.Comment

320 compact 9mm? I check it out. Really don't want manual safety and LCI. I am looking at HK P2000 as my next 9mm. Got to shoot one recently . EXCELLENT PISTOL!!!! P320 will probably be next.Last edited by ap3572001; 01-24-2017, 11:01 PM.Comment

Remember, there are TWO different categories of indicators: those that are part of the design and are unintrusive and those that are forced by legislation and are eye sores.
Many handguns have external extractors that are designed to sink slightly when no round is in the chamber so there is a visual cue when round is chambered. Many extractors even have some red paint on top which becomes visible when round is chambered. These indicators are not used in standard operations since no safety protocol in any way relies on them, but simply exist because they are a natural part of the design.
The "bad ones" are the ones legislators are forcing on us with not-so-unintentional consequence that they also limit overall availability of guns in CA. These are "shark fin" types with "retard letters."sigpicNRA Benefactor MemberComment

To add more fun...
CLI is like AW - an invented name/category that sounds like something that already exists, but must be slightly different in order to be codified into CA abomination of the gun laws.
Further examples of such word games are double negation in "Roster of not unsafe handguns" and "large capacity magazines."sigpicNRA Benefactor MemberComment
