A Dan Wesson Bruin if you can get one.

Thanks guys. I'm pretty happy with it. I just need some range time! The weather isn't cooperating so I'm trying my hand at making some new grips. I love a blued gun with walnut grips.

I don't have experience with either pistol but I've heard nothing but good news about Dan Wesson, but definitely is a hit or miss with Kimbers and this is all based off years of being on this site and other sites reading about people's experiences with them. I believe something to do with the second gen Kimber grip safety that is an issue. Based on experiences by others and not mine and if it was me, I would go with Dan Wesson .45.
Funny Academy had three different flavors of 10mm ammo to chose from today.

                I bought 6 boxes of Remington 180gr

                It's making a comeback

10mm is definitely on my list of guns to acquire. I just need to start reloading. Shot the new Baer today. 178 rds with 1 FTF with a no-name mag that is even worse in my Sig and DW. I should just throw it away and stick with what I know works. Also shot my new s&w ppk/s. It had an alarming number of light primer strikes. Usually with a double action trigger pull but not always. Does anyone have any experience with these guns?

No love for a 38 super? I finally got one (a combo with 9mm) and it's awesome to shoot. I guess it all depends on what you want it for.

                      What year PPK/S?

The springs could be worn out

Not sure. Early 90's I was told. I need to look it up. I do have a spring kit for it.
