G19 frame?

I thought it was ok to PPT a frame in CA... did something change? I've seen 'em for sale in the calguns market place before. Edit: oh, I see. I read too quick. Ya look around for one you can ppt...

Looking to buy a factory glock G19 lower or frame. Not an 80% or non factory build. Anybody know where I might find one? The few places I've found that sell them won't sell to CA. Any advice appreciated

A frame cannot pass the "safety" test for a DOJ approved firearm. Thus you cannot buy ANY pistol frame in California.

Might want to rethink the 80% position considering Poly80 is shipping a new G19 80% frame sometime in February.

Are suggesting a ffl would receive the frame and assemble the complete pistol with an available upper and mag and transfer a completed pistol to the buyer?

I had an FFL dealer accept a complete, gen 3 frame. I paid for it and sent it to him. When I went to DROS it, I brought my upper and mag. Did the paperwork (DROS) and picked up after 10 days.

I later sold the frame only. New buyer brought his upper and mag.

There was a seller who was reluctant to ship but after a few emails and a FFL willing to accept, they said they would ship the frame only.
