I had a X-5 Enhanced Tactical in .40 S&W. The Enhanced model has a tapered front end and a mag well.

It was one of my last SSEs. The trigger was good, but not adjustable as on other X5's. The rear sight looks like its adjustable, but its not. The gun was very accurate and reliable. The only thing I didn't like about it was the sight picture. I prefer a 6:00 hold, and the gun had its POI set to the tritium sight inserts. So, you covered the target you were shooting at. It seems a lot of guns are doing that lately though.

I traded it to a friend. He always talks about selling it because he never shoots it. Let me know if you are interested and I'll put you in touch with him.

Nill's adds great to its beauty. Do you have P210 by any chance? More drooling!

        Good luck OP.

i dont much care for the stainless x5s which we see here from time to time, the tactical version is where its at.

Seems like the Tactical version is the least expensive and the most sought after. What's the going rate for one that is in like new condition these days? $2500?

I agree that the X5 Tactical is my favorite Mastershop gun. The higher tier X5/X6 are too gaudy for me, especially the colored finishes.

One deal back in 2014 wish I never passed on after it sat in FS section here for months-- brand new X6 L1 9mm for $2600 BNIB.

I did get an X5 last week of SSE shipped from Kentucky Guns I still have not taken out of safe. I shoot my Beretta 92's well enough and just stare and drool at the X5.

IIRC, that one had rust spots.

My x5 plays second fiddle to my CZ accu-tactical sport. It's a great gun i just shoot the CZ better.

                        I'll play.

I only have 1 and it's not the tactical model, but I like it fine

It is a little ammo picky though. The only stuff it has been 100% on is American Eagle.

I have an X-5 L1 that I'd consider selling. PM me for details.

Nah, I got mine new through SSE.

I find it to be super accurate; it's one of my favorite guns.
