Hollow points jamming issue with Glocks

Three-year old GEN 3 G19 with 15 round factory mags and Federal HST 147 grain JHP. Tried it 10 times and no issues. You need new springs or new mags.Comment

OP's problems appear to be isolated to Glock 19 California 10 round magazines using 2183 followers.
Solution: Replace the 2183's with 9mm6 followers (see the linked threads above for instructions). 9mm3 followers will not solve the issue and should be avoided.Comment

Same deal with me. The guy at Glock seemed bored and uninterested in my problem. Whatever. The parts got to me in the mail in about a week.
a friend of mine has a gen3 G19 with three 10-rd mags and 2183 followers. I'd say his pistol & mags are somewhere around 5 to 7 years old. His gun with his mags is as reliable as the day is long with any ammo you put in there. (Perfection?). If I put my 10-rd mags with the 2183 followers in his gun: Jam City. Weird.
He was real concerned about not getting my magazines mixed up with his that day.NRA & CRPA member

Why would I load any of my Glocks (21/21C/26/30SF/33) with only one round in the mag?.

Not trying to pick a fight but are you sure the 9mm3s will not work. I replaced my 2183s in my G19 with CA 10 round mag and didn't have any issues with Federal LEO HSTs using the 9mm3s.Comment

I've encountered too many failures from personal experience and stories on CalGuns to be able to confidently recommend 9mm3s. Previous to all of these threads, I heard that 9mm3s would 100% solve the problem. So when I replaced my mags with them and still encountered problems, I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong, thinking I was in the minority. I'd just like to help others avoid my headache and recommend going straight to 9mm6Comment
