    I believe the initial intent is to get rid of handguns period. It just take some time, effort and cooperation from the court.

      If post #9 is correct (read it folks) Colt can not sell it in this state after 1-1-17.

      Microstamping? Not possible.

      What if the state told General Motors that if they changed ANYTHING in a model on a car it had to meet the rule that the car must be capable of flying over 400 miles non-stop? GM would just drop out of California. Technology for flying cars has been around since the 1950's, maybe earlier, but it just is not practical and is essentially a dead end.

          I just special ordered one today from Ammo bros Ontario. Buds gun had one, but i figured ide take my chances & give ammo bros my business. Now just playing the waiting game. Hope i didnt special order to late.

            Hmm, so am I to understand that colt will have no firearms available for sale in California unless you want to build a featureless or Bullet Button 2.0 rifle?
