Unless you bought one that you could not shoot before purchasing. Three come to mind:
Ruger LC9. Wife held one and wanted it. None available to rent or borrow. Bought it, shot it, she hated it, sold it. No regrets.

Glock 17L. Went Glockin' crazy back when Gen3s were scarce and rumors were rampant. Shot it enough to know I preferred a G34. Sold it for a profit and bought .22s for my grandkids to shoot in my backyard.

Glock 41. My last SSE gun, and only Gen4. Too big to CCW, not as enjoyable as any of my 1911s (or my G30 or G21), so it went same as the 17L.

In all three cases, the buyers were happy to get them and I was happy to sell them to someone who wanted them. They were tools that didn't fit me as well as other I already had. I converted those investments into guns that will be well used and passed down when I'm gone.

There has been exactly one. Well, maybe two.

But I deeply regret selling a Bright Stainless Colt Government Model about 5 or 6 years ago. I traded a member here for it, and sold it to fund another project (gun related). The gun was no safe queen, but it was still a really nice piece.

      I should have kept it.

Old whitney wolverine dont know why just loved it.
Got rid of it to get a manly caliber, so traded for a 9mm liked it but always wished I had never got rid of wit.

Sold or traded probably close to a hundred guns since my first back in 1982. Missed a few, but the only one I regret to this day was a S&W M13. Most accurate handgun I ever owned when shooting .38 wadcutters. Was worked on by Cylinder and Slide, never had another gun that matched it's smoothness.

                A few Pythons, a Colt Combat Government Model, and a S&W 29-2.
Looking to acquire a Marlin 336 Texan. Hit me up if you are contemplating getting rid of one.

I don't believe in selling guns. I own at least 3 that the sellers now regret.
                    Ruger MkII Target .22lr
                    Glock 19 Gen2 - Glock 19 Gen3 - Glock 26 9mm
                    Colt Python 6" - Ruger KGP141 .357
                    Glock 33 357SIG - Sig Sauer P250SC .40/357SIG
                    Glock 23 - Glock 27 .40
                    Glock 20 - Glock 29SF 10mm
                    Desert Eagle MkVII .44
                    Sig Sauer P220 - Sig Sauer P227R - Sig Sauer 1911R - Glock 30SF - S.A. 1911 Mil Spec .45

If 9mm is what you mostly shoot, convert it from 40 to 9mm with a barrel, spring and mag change

I guess for me the regret is selling my HK SP-89

                        Bought it at B&B Sales......

I remember looking at one of those in the display case @ B&B in 1993..... it was $1295 at the time. I did buy my Colt Sport HBAR there, along with my Springfield SAR-8.... I miss the college years.

I had an M&P shield 40 S&W that was off roster. I bought it, loved it and sold it to buy a new surfboard I HAD TO HAVE. I then 2 months later bought a cali compliant shield and just spent $380 with a gunsmith converting it to off roster. Worst decision selling the first one I have EVER made!

Don't regret selling any long guns.

Do regret selling all the Colt and S&W handguns.
