CZ 85 value

Came across a CZ 85 in the LGS on consignment. Appears to be fired very little and in excellent condition. What do the CZ fans say it's worth? Shop owner told me $640 out the door. Just thought I'd ask before making a decision.

I see them on GB for $525 to $600.
