No. No they can't. Once a new gun in an FFLs inventory falls off the roster, it can't be sold. Some times those guns end up on the rental wall of a range. Sometimes, they end up in the LEO only case.

yup. that is why you'll often see a retailer trying to push those out the door before the roster expiration. for example, it was widely known that Colt would not be renewing most of their handguns for 2016. so, the last month of 2015, Colt handguns were prominent in many FFL's adds so that they could get them DROSed before they fell off the roster.

now, anything that didn't get sold before 12/31/15 can't be sold to non-exempt people in 2016. so, they either sell to LEO, use as rental, get listed on gunbroker for out-of-state sale, or possibly sent back to the distributor.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Handguns are becoming to California, what vintage cars are to Cuba. Same political influences at work.

There probably isn't a topic on here that hasn't been talked to death, and that, "this topic has already been talked about" and , pops up every time a topic is brought up that gets somebody's panties in a bunch, otherwise you would simply ignore it, and mosey on. No one forces you to act like trolls. I'm beginning to see that statement as the last bastion of the idiot, from the idiot that thought he had the last word on the last thread about the same topic.
