Thanks for the replies. I was feeling horrid last weekend and missed the entire show. I was supposed to work the NRA booth out front. I usually purchase reloads for plinking in 500 to 1000 round lots. With box prices at $18.00 per, it sounds like I didn't miss any ammo deals.

I'm actually getting 1000 rounds of UMC from Bass Pros today from the last $20.00 coupon deal.

    Thanks again.

ya it was all pretty much the same as usual. lots of ammo hoarders. i did see a guy buying about 7k rounds and thought to my self 'why?'. but to each their own i guess. i did get a fairly good deal on a bunch of boxes of 7.7 jap ammo though. still 90 $ for 80 rounds though. but thats cheaper then what they would have been from going through mr nambu, after shipping and all

i actually got some 32 long at the show and some 22s. i did buy some slightly over priced 45s too

You lucky Dog. I called BPS yesterday to check on my order. Said it was still back-ordered and that, at the time of my call yesterday, BPS had a 2000 box backorder..thats 500K rounds..lol

At the gun show I could see it, especially with the ammunition bill that is pending in the State Senate. If I had the funds I would have bought quite a bit as well.

What time did they stock them?

Clairemot has a bunch of winchester pdx1 for 9, .40 and .45. As for regular ammo, they had about 20 boxes of .40.

I paid Mr. Nambu $99 for 100 of 7.7 Japanese. Bought 100 rounds of 8X56R at the same time. Buying it 200 rounds at a time makes shipping a lot better of a deal.

Walmart Santee just stocked their shelves. I called and 223 value packs are there with some 45 WWB........ Somehow I don't believe the lady on the phone.....

Aero drive had tons of 30-06 and the new (more expensive) winchester stuff in various calibers. I picked up two federal .40S&W and two Federal lightning 500packs of .22lr. I have not seen the .22lr in a while. There were no more .22lr after I took the two they had but there were two federal .40s left. I wonder if they brought out any more .22lr after I left.
