CZ-75 SP-01 Upper on BD Frame

I just got my CZ-75 SP-01 today, and I took the upper off and put it on my CZ-75 BD frame. Everything works fine. And it looks like a CZ-75 SAO with decocker.....

I am just curious... I want to see if they are interchangeable.

Everything I've read says they are. It's a good way to caliber swap. especially since there aren't many other ways to do it.

You have to buy two pistols to get this. The best way is to buy a SP-01 Tactical, which is decocker version of SP-01.

I am not sure if different caliber works together fine..... My SP-01 and BD are all 9mm. Will CZ-97B interchangeable with CZ-75B in 9mm?

I'm aware. I know many people with more than 1 pistol. I met a guy today who owned 12 CZ's in 9mm. Non of them a sp01 tactical. However he does have a thumb safety sp01. I think your setup is very cool.

SP-01 Tactical is not on CA roster.

No sir, the 97's frame is different form the 75 variants. 9mm to 40 S&W slide swaps with CZ75 variants usually work, in some cases they can require a bit of fitting.

I meant between the small frames. The 97b and tactical sport are their own animals.

Thanks to let me know. I was thinking about the interchangeability between 97B and 9mm CZs. I see people say EAA Witness one platform takes all calibers, from 45cal to 40 to 375 and 9mm... And Tanfoglio is a CZ clone as said...
