Why do they single out Hispanics first? The definitions of "Hispanic" means you a "of Spain or a Spanish speaking country". So if you are Mexican or Spanish, you are both Hispanic. Why are we singling out Spanish-ish people?

It has something to do with some Hispanics also being white, but I have no idea.

Hispanic is an ethnicity, not a race. (Per the Feds)

So you can be Hispanic, or Non-Hispanic and then of any race (White, Black, Asian, American Indian, Pacific Islander, or some other race)

there is a few details wrong on my D/L that i'm too lazy to have corrected and since DROS forms are filled out per my D/L, my DROS for all my firearms have been partially incorrect due to the idiocy of the DMV.
