Well, sometimes I get into guns...then fade into other things such as cars...golf...what ever...yet I always go back...Doesn't seem like a good idea...but if your not into guns really at all...go and sell..especially if it is something you never use or really care about.

I don't shoot it at all anymore and thinking it would be nice to clear it and the magazines out (blocked to 10/15 of course) and buy something else.

Would I be silly selling this? And more importantly the magazines which I own legally?
I tend to be very careful about doing things that can'take be undone.

Say you have sellers remorse the day after the sale. Any way for you to undo that? Not without leaving the state or taking up a career in law enforcement. So i'do think long and hard about parting with off roster pistols or 10+ mags. Long. And hard.

I always thought the mag ban was a half attempt at firearm sales ban . For this very reason who is going to sell a Firearm and hold onto a a couple hundred dollars worth of standard cap mags for a gun they no longer own . And with some guns standard cap mags are all some people may have . Sure you could sell them out of state , I guess .

Everything I own is for sale....for the right price. Material items come and go. As for hi cap guns....I will not be in CA forever so again....not a big deal to me.
In fact, I have this listed currently:

I keep my boat anchor Ruger P89 with HiCaps so I can also use them with my PC9 Carbine.

I've sold several firearms that I have large capacity magazines for. I kept the mags. No big deal. I own other firearms that the mags fit.

Uh, there is no legal definition of "standard capacity" in Ca but, there is a legal definition of "large capacity magazine" in the CA penal code. So, if we are talking legalities, "large capacity magazine" is the correct term not, "standard capacity" or anything else you would prefer to call them.
