Glock 29SF smooth trigger

Has anyone here replaced their serrated trigger to smooth one ?

I read people doing swap on their glocks . I did some reading and little confused about the part number

here's what I gathered from various sites..

The GLO-4417 trigger with trigger bar is listed by Glock Inc as fitting the G20-20SF 10mm and G21-21SF 45 ACP. It features a smooth trigger and is standard issue to these guns however it will also fit the G29-29SF 10mm and G30-30SF 45 ACP. Current production parts are marked (stamped) with 4256-3. Will not fit the G36.

it seems has same #part numer 4417 .. just not sure the difference between 4256-2 to 4256-3

If any glock 29sf owner have smooth one , could you look at the which part number it has ? located on the top of trigger bar

Not on a 29 but I replaced the one on my G30SF with one from a G21SF and it's sooooooo much nicer. Went from near blisters in 50 rounds to 300 with no discomfort at all. I hate the serrated triggers! .

I been dry firing heck out of it today and finger is taking a toll on it from the notches .. I think its about that time

I just order some parts for th 29 to get better trigger

I called my buddy up and asked him since he owns 20SF . he said its 4256-2

Ive never had a problem with serrated triggers bothering my finger even from firing a bunch rounds in 1 session.

I actually carve down the trigger safety bar until it sits flush with the rest of the trigger pad., first time I shot my G20 my finger was feeling it.

I thought about it . Did u have to remove trigger from trigger bar ? Got pic ?
