I wouldn't know, I've never bought one new.

Being excited about a Glock purchase is like being super excited about buying a used Honda Civic. Really!?
Glocks are good firearms and I love them but come on fellas. Some of you are just a bit overdramatic aren't you?

            Mmm...Glock.. And she's 19

I love my Glocks, they're great tools and super reliable. I also love SW M&Ps, HKs, Sigs and others...but Glock is just so dang easy to own, shoot, clean and upgrade.

The only thing favorite about a Glock is that it does go bang while inexpensive.

Money better spent on the smell of a new pack of Bubble yum.

BarretM99, I just got a glock, first of the year, and a used civic this month. Nothing super exciting about the purchases. However I do get excited about what I am able to do with them.

                                that is all.

I've had my G30sf so long I can't remember if it ever was gritty or squeaky. I must admit I do like to shoot it and have several thousand rounds down the pipe. It's very manageable for a concealable 45, and the stock trigger isn't bad either. I must say the most amazing thing about it has been the durability of the factory slide coating! Damn that stuff is tough as diamonds. I wish the factory finish on my H&K's was that hard!

Glad you are enjoying yours OP!
