    CA legal SAO 9mm?

Besides a 9mm 1911 and/or a CZ 75B SA, are there any other single-action only semiautomatics that are CA legal? Preferably with a 1911-style safety (flip down).

Armscor MAPP1 is a CZ clone made by Tanfoglio. While it is a DA/SA it has a safety like a 1911 and you can carry it cocked and locked.

      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I just went through the roster, and that's it. You three have listed all of them.

The others are not in 9mm Luger, or, like the Springfield XD, technically SAO, but not really.

You can put a V9 detent plate in the HK USP DA/SA series to convert to SAO. (Or you can just cock and lock the DA/SA. Drawback is the decock uses the safety lever, so it's possible to accidentally decock when flipping the safety to fire. If you convert to SAO, there's no possibility of accidental decocking.)

The Sig P226 SAO and Legion SAO comes to mind. I have the P226 SAO and it's a fun gun to shoot. There are also the P210 variants. Beretta also has their SAO guns but they are expensive and limited addition models. This is all I can think of right now but I'm sure there are a few factory SAO models I'm forgetting.

Highly recommend the CZ 75 Tactical Sport. The trigger is lighter than most 1911's.
