    Unless your slide is milled canted forward I'd contact Trijicon. Also hopefully you didn't get a fake.

        Aim for the bullseye (from a rest) and shoot a few. Keeping the gun steady and the dot on the bullseye, work the knobs to bring the dot to center of the pattern you got.
        If you run out of adjustment turns and still not able to bring the dot to the point of impact, either the sight is defective or mounted incorrectly/ off level. Use a paper shim under the sight as needed to line up poi with poa.

          Don't ever shim an RMR, especially one that takes a battery. POA/POI will shift uncontrollably.
          Line up the iron sights, adjust the dot to be on top of the front post. Should be real close.
